Martvili Canyon | Kinchkha Waterfall.
Following the successful implementation of the project in Sataplia Cave, our company and JSC „Erisimedi“ established the joint venture „Eri.G“.
This consortium won the tender announced by the Agency of Protected Areas using the design-build method. The scope included the installation of artistic RGBW lighting, as well as the organization of 3D luminous projection and laser show at Martvili Canyon and Kinchkha Waterfall.
The design-build method covers the full range of services — from conceptual design and detailed engineering to the complete execution of installation works in accordance with the project.
The works lasted almost 2 years. Both locations were characterized by exceptional difficulty due to the rocky terrain, which in many places is practically inaccessible. The installation team had to carry out all work using special equipment while strictly complying with occupational safety regulations.
For the first time in Georgia, protected areas were opened to visitors at night. The created spectacle transports the viewer into a completely different world compared to the daytime experience. Artistic lighting, dynamic color transitions, precise optics of the luminaires, and their accurate targeting to specific points beautifully reveal the unique beauty of plants, waterfalls, and rock formations.
Both locations feature specially created climactic highlights for this project:
At Martvili Canyon — a 3D projection on a 100 m² water curtain, displaying a specially produced animated video on the theme of Samegrelo: the story of the Argonauts, the underwater world, and more.
At Kinchkha Waterfall — a laser show projected onto a 180-meter-high cliff, dedicated to the theme of Imereti.
Equipment used in the project:
Luminaires manufactured by Philips Lighting and Inti LED
